RN Job Description :

As an RN at Westlake Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Are you an experienced and compassionate RN looking for an exciting career opportunity in Dania Beach, FL? Look no further!

Your duties will include :

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations
