As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice , you’ll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side-by-side with industry experts. You’ll start with paid, hands-on training to build your skills and confidence in the trade. Once you’ve demonstrated reliability and progress in this role, you may be invited to join our Registered Apprenticeship Program, where you can continue to grow toward certification and leadership.

What You’ll Do
Assist senior technicians with inspections, repairs, and installationsSafely work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, rooftops) year-roundOperate tools and handle physical tasks such as lifting and material handlingHelp repair and reline fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systemsFollow safety protocols and maintain equipmentWhat We’re Looking For

Compensation Package
Pay :
Compensation begins at $55,000 annuallyEntry-level field assistants typically earn around $20 / hourFinal starting wage is negotiated at hire and may exceed $20 / hr based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, trade skills, or military service.Opportunities for income growth as you gain skills, earn certifications, and take on advanced rolesBenefits :
