This opportunity allows you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while living where you want. Travel and accommodations are fully coordinated and covered by inReach Health.

Position Highlights :

Flexible Scheduling : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Low-Volume Call : 10-14 days per month, including weekends

Bread-and-Butter General Surgery : Hernias, appendectomies, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, colonoscopies

Guaranteed Daily Rate : $2,300 / day

Uncapped Production Bonus : wRVU-based bonus model

No Relocation Required : Travel and lodging arranged and paid for

Practice Setting : Critical Access Hospital, inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

No EMR specified - adaptable environment

Candidate Requirements :

MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience

Active Maine license or IMLC eligibility preferred

No visa sponsorship available

Comfortable providing care in a rural setting and open to travel
