Duly Health and Care in Glen Ellyn is seeking an Experienced Otolaryngologist  who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• 100% general otolaryngology opportunity in Glen Ellyn and Hoffman Estates
• 70% adult and 30% pediatric patient base
• We are seeking an experienced physician
• Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 5 physician assistants
• Walk into an established practice with a LARGE patient base and be busy from day one
• Call is 1 : 15
• Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across otolaryngology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
• Competitive total rewards salary between $475,000 - $650,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility
