We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused leader to take the helm at a high-volume fast-casual location and deliver outstanding performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, set clear standards, and keep operations running smoothly while building a positive, high-accountability team culture.
Restaurant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation :
- Base salary : $52,00-$58,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus potential

Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications :
1–5 years of recent General Manager experienceFast casual restaurant or QSR concept experience requiredProven ability to lead with professionalism, emotional maturity, and strong communication skillsHands-on leader able to maintain a positive work environment while holding staff accountableFinancial acumen : ability to review COGS and labor reports, identify opportunities, and create actionable improvement plansProactive and organized with experience in forecasting, intelligent scheduling, strategic prep, and orderingFlexible schedule with availability for early morning shiftsAble to set boundaries and reset standards without creating a negative atmosphereRestaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills :
Strong track record of improving operations and building high-performing teamsComfortable training and coaching on operational systems and processesSkilled in balancing operational demands with excellent guest serviceExperience leading both FOH and BOH operations in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing drive-thru operations preferred
