Claimant Services Representative
Location : Syosset, NY
Pay : $18–$20 / hour
Schedule : Full-time, in-office
Job Summary :
Third Party Medical company based in Syosset, NY is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Claimant Services Representative . In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls related to appointment confirmations, cancellations, and general inquiries from claimants.
The position is paying up to $20 / hour and the company would like to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities :
- Answer high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide accurate appointment information to claimants
- Handle cancellations, reschedules, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Document all communication accurately in internal systems
