Deliver comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient settingProvide preventive, acute, and chronic disease managementCollaborate with nurse practitioners, specialists, and hospitalist teams as neededParticipate in a 1 : 4 outpatient call rotationContribute to quality improvement initiatives and community-based care deliveryCOMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
