job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Highway Structures. Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland. Experience with public sector clients and / or local agencies. Experience in the inspection and design of highway and transit structures, including load rating analyses. Proficiency in CADD drafting using MicroStation and / or AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis for various infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, and walls.
- Conduct structural inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Develop and prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
