Post Acute Care Opening in Las Cruces, NM El Paso, TX 45mSeeking board certified / eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. Candidate will travel to skill nursing facilities in Las Cruces 3-4 days / week and 1-2 days / week in El Paso, TX. Employed Monday - Friday Customize your own daily schedule to create your ideal work-life balance Our physicians our passionate about care and play a key role in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner or physician assistant. Compensation & Benefits Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $203,000 to $264,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
