Job Summary :
Were seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and administrative support.
Responsibilities :
Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooksReconcile bank and credit card statementsProcess accounts payableMaintain general ledgerPrepare monthly financial reportsAssist with payroll processingSupport tax preparation and year-end closingMaintain and organize financial records and documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant lawsQualifications :
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting roleProficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive financial information with confidentialityAssociates or bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principlesNice to Have :
