Do you thrive on finding new customers in the manufacturing space? Are you high-performing sales rep and excel at building relationships with product development teams and engineers?
If you have a hunting mindset and get excited about custom plastic thermoforming solutions, we should talk.
You excel at outside sales and are a self-starter who understands the grind it takes to work independently to find new customers. You understand how to navigate decision makers in motorsports, agriculture, lawn / garden, or medical industries who outsource manufacturing.
You must have experience selling in a competitive corporate or industrial market, calling on management / director levels. You fully understand how to sell value over price in a competitive manufacturing environment with a sales cycle that can take up to 3-6 months.
You will oversee the entire sales process from finding your own leads to winning new customers, with support from engineering as part of a team-selling environment.
You must have experience earning total compensation of at least $80-90K and have a desire to earn more.
Base pay is between $70-80K with on target earnings in the first year at $130K+ (No cap on commissions).
