Instructional Designer / LMS Administrator Location :

• About the Role Comfort Keepers is seeking a talented Instructional Designer / Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Learning and Development team.
• In this role, you’ll design and develop engaging training programs while managing our LMS to ensure seamless learning experiences for employees and franchise partners; including franchise owners, managers, and other administrative team members.

• What You’ll Do Lead the full lifecycle of training design, development, launch, and evaluation.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess needs and identify learning opportunities, and collaborate throughout the entire process of design, development, and evaluation.
