As a Security Professional - Financial Front Desk in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a prominent financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying visitor credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and uphold our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
