job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products. Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure. Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting. Welding Skills : Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test. Mechanical Aptitude : Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools. Measurement and Math Skills : Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read / write effectively. Work Environment Adaptability : Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred) : Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus. Relatable Experience (preferred) : Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.
