Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $1,685 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Florence, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Position : Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Shift : Days – 3x12 (6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM), Every Other Weekend, Holiday Rotation Location : MUSC (South Carolina) Contract Length : 13 weeks Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years (recent critical care experience required). Travel Experience : Required. First-Time Travelers : Not accepted. License : Active South Carolina RCP (Respiratory Care Provider) license – must be in hand at start. Certifications (all required at start) : RRT (NBRC) BLS ACLS PALS NRP Skills & Duties Adult & Pediatric Critical Care NICU & Labor / Delivery support (must float to all areas of hospital) Ventilator management, BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, nitric oxide therapy Intubation assistance, extubation, trach care & suctioning ABG interpretation & EKG basics Nebulized medication administration (Albuterol, Atrovent, Racemic Epinephrine, etc.) Emergency / ER support, bronchoscopy assistance Facility & Unit Details Hospital Beds : 396 Charting : Epic Scrub Color : Caribbean Blue Parking : Free Floating : Required within hospital; not to sister facilities. Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Orientation : 12 hours modules (~4 hrs, non-billable). Additional Notes Locals : Not accepted (within 60 miles). Block Scheduling : Not offered Hurricane Season : June–Nov; travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams. Trauma Level : I & II preferred experience. Support Services : IV team, RT services, pharmacy, PT, social services, rapid response, transport, phlebotomy, radiology, interpretation services.
