The Opportunity : Global Sales Compensation Lead

We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Incentive Lead to own and manage the end-to-end sales compensation process for our rapidly growing global sales organization. In this role, you will be a strategic partner, ensuring our sales incentive programs are not only accurate and efficient but also designed to motivate our teams and align with business goals.

This is an opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in sales compensation to build and scale a world-class program. You'll lead the operational execution of global sales plans, drive process automation, and provide crucial insights that help shape our compensation strategy. Your work will directly impact our sales team's performance and Flexport's overall success.

What You'll Do :

• Lead all aspects of sales compensation : Own the end-to-end commission and bonus process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts for our global sales teams.
• Be a trusted partner : Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving compensation inquiries and disputes with precision and clear communication.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration : Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and People Operations to operationalize compensation plans, deliver accurate payouts, and manage financial accruals.
• Streamline and automate processes : Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows, leading configuration updates for our incentive compensation platform and introducing scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Provide strategic insights : Generate cadence attainment reporting for sales leadership, conduct variance analysis, and support analyses that measure compensation plan effectiveness against business goals.
• Support key initiatives : Assist with annual planning, plan design, and rollout processes, as well as the development of documentation, training materials, and policies.

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits) :

$130,000 - $140,000 USD
