Full-time, Monday-Friday Monday : Remote telemedicine (may shift to in-person) Tuesday-Friday : In-office in Barrington, IL Opportunity to cover Rockford, IL location up to 2 days per week once trained Manage 10-15 patients per day with a mix of consults, follow-ups, and procedures Salary : $95,000-$120,000 Performance bonus tied to productivity and wellness services Paid holidays, PTO, malpractice coverage, 401(k) (after waiting period) CME time and stipend after one year Staff discounts on wellness and aesthetic treatments Retention bonus and annual salary review at 12 months

Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care for peri- and post-menopausal women, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and pellet therapy
- Perform aesthetic and wellness procedures, such as Botox, microneedling, PRP, and O-Shot
- Manage patients in medical weight loss programs (including GLP-1 therapies)
- Evaluate and treat pelvic health concerns such as incontinence and prolapse
- Collaborate with physicians and wellness professionals to deliver exceptional care
