Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Atlanta, GA 30326

Duration : 3-Month Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical and customer support in a professional, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide deskside and remote technical support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage and work service tickets efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with the distribution and setup of hardware across multiple locations.
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality customer service with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements :

  • 10 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in end-user and desk-side support.
  • 5+ years in customer service with a focus on client-facing communication.
  • Proven record of good tenure and reliability in previous roles.
  • Experience supporting users in financial, banking, or legal industries preferred.
  • High School Diploma required; technical education or certifications a plus.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred.
