Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer

Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical and customer support in a professional, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide deskside and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and work service tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with the distribution and setup of hardware across multiple locations.
- Deliver proactive, high-quality customer service with professionalism and urgency.
Requirements :
10 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in end-user and desk-side support.5+ years in customer service with a focus on client-facing communication.Proven record of good tenure and reliability in previous roles.Experience supporting users in financial, banking, or legal industries preferred.High School Diploma required; technical education or certifications a plus.Microsoft Certification preferred.Technical Skills :
