• Growing in Hayesville, North Carolina and surrounding county areas
• Offering $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Offering Pay-per-Visit Rates - $65 to $75 per point
• Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package and benefit eligibility upon start date

Overview

As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.
