Department : Regional Resource / Float Pool

Status : Full Time

Shift : Weekend Nights

Incentives :

  • PTO / Vacation Time : PTO Frontload up to 40 Hours
  • Regional Resource Shift Incentive : Variable
  • Shift Differentials : $2.00 / Evenings, $4.20 / Nights, $2.20 / Weekends

Overview :

Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address.

Weekend Option positions are eligible for up to an additional $10.00 / hour differential!

  • Aurora
  • Cassville
  • Mountain View
  • Lebanon
  • Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO)
  • Pittsburg, KS

    • Currently, the only units available in this role are Med Surg (Nights), and ICU (Nights) . Candidates able to work night shift are heavily encouraged to apply! Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available!

    Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
  • Licensure : Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice.
  • Experience : 3 years of RN experience within your serviceline within the past 12 months.
  • Certifications :
  • Med Surg and Behavioral Health : BLS
  • ICU : BLS & ACLS
  • Physical Requirements :
  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and / or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
