IT Instructor

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for CSS & CSE, responsible for providing quality IT instruction to students in various academic methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and lead up to two cohorts of students in assigned academic delivery methodologies

Train and develop Instructors to ensure effective teaching and coaching of students

Monitor student progress and facilitate an engaging classroom environment to encourage retention and certification

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience

Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry preferred

At least 2 years of experience with classroom and online instruction preferred

Higher-level IT certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA CySA+, SecX, EC-Council CEH) are sought after

Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
