Our Specialty Care Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) develops a leadership pipeline of early top talent. The Program provides in-depth experiential learning opportunities over two years through three commercial or related functional rotations across Sanofi Specialty Care, with the opportunity to work with both US and Global teams. Rotations are strategic, challenging, and meaningful, providing an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of patients around the globe. Main Responsibilities :

Rotations will be mapped to strategic commercial and related functions, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Market Access, Sales, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, China & International and the Office of the EVP. Specific responsibilities may include :

Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio

Contribute to the development and execution of a brand strategy and the tactical plan to support it

Support the team with the development of the optimal pricing strategy across indications for brands

Refine the assessment of the price potential in individual indications; conduct research on pricing strategies in major markets

Budget 2026 and Strat-Plan 2026 coordination including Leadership team presentations

Build materials and provide support for internal governance reviews

Identify and communicate best practices across markets and functions

Develop, track and be responsible for programs, tactics, and key performance metrics for a brand

Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics

Contribute to various analytical and strategic projects (e.g., pricing, market models, forecasting)

Drive business development activities, including : diligence, modeling, business case development, company or market research, deal negotiation, etc.

Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities

About You

Basic Qualifications :

Currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2026

Must be able to relocate to our Cambridge, MA office location

Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

Pre-program work experience, ideally in a relevant area to commercial pharmaceuticals (i.e. biotechnology, finance, science, marketing sales, healthcare consulting, investment banking etc.)

Desire to serve patients, passion for the patient

Excellent communication skills, interpersonally savvy, ability to collaborate across boundaries

Solutions orientation, with an above-the-line mentality

Strong analytical skills, ability to package and present cohesive insights and learning

Demonstrated ability to take action, challenge the status quo and take smart risks

High ambition for learning and career growth
