Experiential and Event Producer (San Francisco / NYC)

Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands.

We are seeking an Experiential and Event Producer on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is on-site in NYC or San Francisco. This role will plan, produce, and execute immersive brand experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse mix of experiences and events, including brand activations, internal employee events, pop-ups, cultural marketing, and large-scale engagements.
• Conceptualize and pitch ideas that translate brand narratives into impactful, tangible experiences.
• Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless brand integration.
• Manage and source vendors, fabrication partners, production crews, and freelance event talent.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners in operations and workplace experience, including space planning, travel, catering, security, AV / Tech, engineering, and facilities.
• Develop and oversee budgets, timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
• Manage on-site event production, ensuring execution aligns with brand excellence.
• Oversee permits, insurance, contracts, and safety compliance.
• Track and measure event ROI through KPIs such as attendance, engagement, brand sentiment, lead capture, and social amplification.
• Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, storytelling, spatial design, immersive tech, and consumer engagement.
