Loan Officer Assistant – Mortgage Support

Location : Pensacola, FL (Hybrid after Training)

This role supports Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), processors, and closers to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

What You’ll Do :

• Support Mortgage Operations

Set up mortgage applications (print application & credit reports)

Monitor incoming loan volume and assign / tracking loans

Prepare marketing materials for mortgage products

Assist with post-closing tasks and file delivery

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
