Timken’s Aurora Bearing facility is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Materials Specialist. We’ll train you on the job and support your growth. Starting pay : $17.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What is the schedule?
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m.
What will I actually do?
- Protect every part : Package and label products accurately for safe handling and correct identification.
- Keep materials moving : Operate forklifts, trucks, and power pallet lifters to transport items throughout the plant.
- Support inbound / outbound flow : Load and unload vehicles and store materials in designated locations.
- Connect with local partners : Help deliver parts to nearby vendors and receive incoming shipments.
- Own the count : Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Document the work : Read, interpret, and complete production forms.
- Be close to the action : Work around sawing, turning, and grinding operations.
