job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location, and respond appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may require attention or intervention. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns at the logistics and distribution facility. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Job Description
As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Orlando, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help foster a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
