Retail Marketing Manager
Peter Millar is seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail-focused marketing initiatives across our growing network of Peter Millar stores. This role will be instrumental in driving store traffic, amplifying the in-store experience, and aligning local marketing efforts with our broader brand vision. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in luxury apparel, retail store marketing, and a data-driven mindset.
Essential Functions :
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans with a specific focus on the retail stores to amplify key integrated marketing campaigns including but not limited seasonal campaigns, product launches, and experiential activations.
- Increase brand awareness through the retail store locations by utilizing the lifestyle in person experience to elevate our brand storytelling.
- Lead the strategy and execution of in-store events and VIP experiences to build brand storytelling.
- Leverage customer data including CRM analytics and qualitative insights from store teams to refine strategies and marketing focus.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with local centers of influence, luxury partners, and community organizations to amplify store visibility and brand relevance.
- Partner with visual merchandising, retail operations, and store managers to ensure consistent brand presentation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration between online and offline marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including foot traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Brand, PR, creative, and merchandising teams.
- Build and maintain retail store marketing calendar, ensuring cross functional teams have visibility.
- Oversee the retail marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and alignment with strategic priorities.
