Strategic Sourcing Manager
SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating complex contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal value, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role plays a critical part in aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring contractual obligations are met across the organization.

Essential Duties Include The Following :
- Leads end-to-end sourcing processes for high-value and complex categories.
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Conducts market analysis, supplier evaluations, and total cost of ownership assessments.
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages a wide range of contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
- Ensures contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key milestones and renewals.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitors supplier performance and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Resolves disputes and manage escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Identifies and mitigates sourcing and contractual risks.
- Ensures adherence to corporate procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborates with legal, finance, and compliance teams as needed.
- Drives process improvements and automation in sourcing and contract lifecycle management.
- Stays current with industry best practices, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Serious Candidates Will Possess The Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field (Master's or JD preferred).Seven (7) years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex contract structures.Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.Experience in Technology, Insurance, Banking, Credit Unions, Mortgage, Investment Services preferred.Certification in supply chain or contract management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, IACCM) preferred.Familiarity with ESG and supplier diversity initiatives preferred.SWBC Offers
