Assistant Nurse Manager Medical ICU Part Time Nights

Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience

Position Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Critical Care areas and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She / he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all Critical Care service line staff. She / he assumes house supervision duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education : Associate Degree, BSN preferred

Experience : 2-3 yrs RN experience in Critical Care

License REGISTERED NURSE

Certification

BLS / CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)

PALS

ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN),

NIH STROKE(within 60 days of hire / transfer effective date)

TNCC INEXPERIENCED : (WITHIN 2 YEARS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER)
