Overview
Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Service Designer . This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA. This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays.
Base pay range
$57.00 / hr - $87.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Design experience or ecosystem maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, process flows, storyboards, and prototypes
- Clearly articulate an end-to-end service and experience to teams across the organization to achieve broad understanding, buy-in, and alignment
- Identify common patterns and behaviors across services, using this information to create durable and reusable solutions
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the research and design teams and other units such as service experience management, business system analytics, product management, and service delivery
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Interaction Design, Product Design, or relevant field5+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design or related fieldWorking knowledge of designing in Figma, Sketch, and / or the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)Experience with collaboration tools such as Figjam, Miro, or MuralMust have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in service design!Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / vets.
