Key Responsibilities
Own and resolve complex customer technical issues through collaboration and troubleshooting
Drive technical collaboration with various teams and advocate for customer needs
Create and curate knowledge-base articles to assist customers in self-service
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software environment
3+ years of experience in solving complex technical problems
Strong database skills and familiarity with scripting languages and web technologies
Experience with cloud technologies and understanding of network terminologies
Bachelor's of Science or equivalent professional experience
