Position Summary
As the Assistant Store Manager at Scooter's Coffee in Holly, MI, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience. You'll be a role model for team members, stepping into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and helping drive sales, efficiency, and positivity.
