We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store and team to success.

Position Summary

As the Assistant Store Manager at Scooter's Coffee in Holly, MI, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience. You'll be a role model for team members, stepping into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and helping drive sales, efficiency, and positivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and managing a team of baristas and shift leads
• Open and close the store as needed; ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Support training and onboarding of new hires
• Ensure high standards for drink quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service
• Help manage inventory, supplies, and product freshness
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Promote a fun, respectful, and productive work environment
