Inside Sales Manager Waste Collection & Disposal Industry

Are you a proven sales leader ready to make an impact in a growing mid-sized company? We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships in the waste collection and disposal industry.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales reps.
  • Drive new business while strengthening existing accounts.
  • Manage pipelines, contracts, and renewals with a focus on growth.
  • Partner with Operations & Marketing to deliver top-tier service.

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong B2B service sales background (waste, recycling, environmental services, or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with proven success hitting targets.
