The ideal Occupational Therapist or COTA candidate will need to have a current State of IL Occupational Therapist license. Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform all tasks required. New Graduate welcome to apply

The Occupational Therapist will perform the following job related functions : Conduct necessary evaluations ordered and determine the rehabilitative goals for eah resident based on the residents needs. Monitor the maintenance of optimum levels of function. Maintains the necessary and required documentation which includes evalualtions, re-evaluations, progess notes, treatment plans and goals. Provides direct patient care, as required, in area of professional expertise / discipline. Provides the required supervision and direction of assigned and / or assisting personeel including a COTA.
