Baton Rouge, LouisianaPosition Overview

We are seeking a professional, licensed Aesthetician to join our team at Unique Physique. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, client-focused, and eager to provide high-quality services in a welcoming, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, microdermabrasion, and body treatments.
  • Perform personalized consultations to assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and professional product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with all health and sanitation guidelines.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry techniques, products, and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Unique Physique team to support an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Louisiana Aesthetician license.
  • Experience providing professional skincare treatments in a spa, salon, or medical setting preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for continuing education.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
