Creative Strategist – Consumer Brand (Remote / Los Angeles)
Remote with occasional on-site (production needs) — Must live within 2 hours of Los Angeles
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a Creative Strategist to help scale performance marketing and drive direct-response growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and social-first content.
What You’ll Do Develop creative briefs that lead to high-performing ads and strong brand storytelling
Concept and launch campaigns with measurable calls-to-action (purchases, sign-ups, etc.)
Collaborate with creators, editors, and marketing teams to produce social-first video content
Optimize creative for platform-specific formats (TikTok hooks, Meta ads, YouTube pre-rolls)
Continuously A / B test visuals and copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates
Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results and improve creative output
Drive a steady flow of new ideas, angles, and concepts to boost conversions
What You Bring 3+ years in creative strategy, advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce
Strong copywriting and concept development skills
Knowledge of platform best practices (TikTok hooks, Meta ads, YouTube skippables, etc.)
Portfolio of campaigns with quantifiable outcomes
Familiarity with design / editing tools a plus
Passion for marketing, content, and driving measurable growth
