Workday HCM Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions

Design and optimize system configurations, data flows, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday modules and ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience

7 years of HRIS experience, with a focus on HCM and reporting in a technical capacity

5 years of experience with Workday configuration and implementation

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and related modules

Certifications in Workday HCM and Workday Integration preferred
