We are a growing Managed IT Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses across Monmouth County and the surrounding area. Our clients rely on us to keep their systems secure, networks running smoothly, and support ready when it matters most.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Azure Entra ID, and Windows environments
• Configure and maintain desktops, servers, mobile devices, and network components (SonicWall, switches, VPNs)
• Manage and troubleshoot backups (Datto, Carbonite, Azure) and endpoint security solutions
• Support and administer Active Directory, group policies, and user permissions
• Leverage ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) or similar tools for ticketing, monitoring, and remote access
• Diagnose and remediate malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities
