Mail Services Assistant, (172-Day Calendar)

Overview

This person supports and helps the overall efficient daily operations of the mailroom. This person sorts and processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages; helps prepare mailings; assists in maintaining the College's postage accounts; processes daily, monthly, and yearly reports; sorts, picks, and fulfills student packages and student mail; and performs finishing work (e.g., stuffing, folding, tabbing). Additionally, this person delivers mail and packages throughout the institution as needed.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. Required
