About the Role :

Job Title : Construction manager

Location : San Antonio, TX

Summary :

The main function of the Lease Construction manager is to help plan and track activities in the Data Center construction.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate projects and track detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Be an onsite presence for both the construction and advocate for safety of the site
  • Create site visit reports on a weekly basis
  • Confer with management, engineering and operations discuss project specifications, requirements and procedures.
  • Run a weekly construction project progress sync with representatives from Lessor construction, design and engineering team as well as internal construction, design and engineering and operations teams.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly contract requirements are being adhered to by Lessor
  • Skills :

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of Construction processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective project monitoring
  • Knowledge of Construction safety to be an advocate for safety from all personnel on site
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook and Teams
  • Knowledge of risk management reporting and tracking
  • Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $150000 – $160000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
