This is a FIRST SHIFT Position 6-4 M-F

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting production goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key

Supervise and schedule production team members

Maintain safe working conditions and enforce policies

Monitor workflows, adjust resources, and resolve bottlenecks

Train and develop employees to support continuous improvement

Maintain accurate production reports and records

Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational success

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years supervisory experience in a production / manufacturing environment

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety and quality standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Fabrication, Machine Shop, Assembly Environment - Required

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing.

Ability to lead employees in order to motivate; foster open, honest and candid communication; and determine strengths and weaknesses.
