The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, thus ensuring satisfaction and customer retention. They are responsible for greeting guests promptly while always exhibiting a high level of hospitality. Servers must have a passion for hospitality and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Maintain service standards as outlined in the Food Handler's certification program
• Ensure that appropriate equipment and utensils (dishes, glasses, and eating utensils) are provided to each guest in the party.
• Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the menu
• Accurately execute guest orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Consistently display the core values of the company
• Ability to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
• Active listening and effective communication competencies
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
