About the Opportunity

We’re partnered with a high-growth, private equity-backed company that’s an undisputed leader in their space, generating over $3B+ in annual revenue. With a global footprint and rapid expansion, they’re looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Tax to help lead federal and international tax strategy, compliance, and provision work.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead federal income tax provision and compliance (60–70% of the role)
  • Provide support on international tax matters, transfer pricing, and sales / use tax
  • Help manage quarterly and year-end tax reporting under ASC 740
  • Collaborate across departments on tax planning and strategic initiatives
  • Operate as a key partner to finance and executive leadership
  • Contribute to process improvements in a lean, entrepreneurial tax environment

What We’re Looking For

  • CPA and / or MST strongly preferred
  • 6–10+ years of corporate tax experience (public / private mix ideal)
  • Deep knowledge of federal corporate tax compliance and provision
  • Exposure to international tax and SALT is a plus
  • Strong Excel and tax software proficiency
  • Willingness to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude — “no task too small” mindset
  • Highly visible role in a $3B+ PE-backed company
