Overview
Digital & Technology Business Enablement - Associate Director, North America is responsible for driving prioritization, enablement, deployment, and use of critical products / services within the North America region, with strong business partnering with Customer Development (Sales) and Finance. The role collaborates with Global Product teams to tailor solutions to the North American market and deliver value across Foods, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellness, and Home Care.
You will ensure multiple teams and stakeholders come together to understand, prioritize, build, deploy, and realize benefits from critical technology. You will be part of a team that values work that matters for people and the planet.
Location : Hoboken, NJ. Terms : Full time, hybrid schedule. Relocation support and international assignment are unavailable for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the technology (digital product) needs for Customer Development and Finance in North America by deeply understanding their objectives and daily operations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather input, set priorities, and communicate progress
- Represent North American needs in global product planning; ensure local requirements are addressed and integrated into global solutions; work with global product teams or third‑party vendors to build products
- Manage technology vendor relationships as needed
- Define scope, goals, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Advocate for user‑centric design and continuous improvement to maximize business value and support change management
- Oversee requirements gathering and validation, including local data, system, and cross‑product integration
- Ensure digital products are adopted by internal users and deliver value

7+ years of related experience2+ years of people management experienceBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, math, or related fieldExperience in management consulting, product management, or technology deploymentDigital expertise with data, AI, tech projects / products / programs; experience with analytics / insight productsExperience working with senior stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management skillsExecution excellence; program / plan management to deliver outcomesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligenceExperience with system architecture and data foundationsTrack record of developing exceptional talent and teams in this domainPreferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, computer science, math, or related fieldExperience in FMCG, CPG, or retailKnowledge of agilePay and Benefits
Pay : The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever considers a wide range of factors in compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, education, and business needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
