• Perform in-person and remote interrogations of cardiac devices (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders)
• Use device company programmers and remote platforms to collect and input data
• Prepare reports for physicians and billing teams
• Assist with appointment scheduling and report scanning
• Collaborate with cardiac teams to ensure timely and accurate device monitoring
