Job Title : General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated general laborer to operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. The role involves various tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts. The pace of the work will be determined by the machine, and you will rotate on different machines, operating them while sitting or standing for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.
• Perform tasks including cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.
• Monitor the pace of production as controlled by the machine.
• Rotate on different machines and adapt to varying production speeds.
• Sit or stand for 12-hour shifts while operating machines.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate controlled facility that manufactures air freshening products, with the primary product being urinal cakes. Shifts consist of three 12-hour rotations, with the possibility of sitting or standing during the shift. Closed-toed shoes are required, and you should be comfortable lifting up to 40lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.40 / hr.
