As the Director of Revenue Strategy, Analytics, & Programs, you'll be a key leader focused on driving growth and sales productivity. You will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and work closely with our global Sales, Finance, Marketing, CX, & Product teams to implement and execute bookings acceleration initiatives.
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual. You will be responsible for maintaining operational cadence, managing forecasting, and supporting business reviews. You will use data to drive insights, measure performance, and ensure our sales teams can execute with precision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, & CX on the annual planning including bookings targets, sales headcount planning, and cost per dollar booked. Work cross functionally to ensure sales targets at sales region and territory level are aligned with peer functions in marketing, product, & CX.
- Create TAM, SAM, SOM models across top accounts and execute white space analysis and remaining bookings reserves across prospects and clients to drive headcount planning and sales investment decisions
- Manage quota planning and territory planning aligning our resources towards both land, expand, and renew across accounts with the best fit & intent.
- Own the WW bookings forecasting process and collaborate with peers in theater to forecast renewals & new business bookings both in quarter and next quarter.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to define, build, test, and enable dashboards / metrics that instrument the business across executive leadership and cascading those metrics down to induvial reps.
- Support the CRO in dashboards & metrics for board meetings, sales kickoffs, & quarterly performance reviews. Execute ad-hoc analysis projects / analysis on topics relevant to the business.
- Lead cross functional transformational projects (Automation / AI / ML) across the sales organization that increase bookings, reduce sales costs, or improve seller time spent per week.
Experience
10+ years of Revenue Operations or FP&A experience working with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, & Product.Deep experience in building and fine tuning excel models working with data lakes and salesforceExperience in deploying advanced planning / models tools like Adaptive or Anaplan.Experience working with dashboards like Tableau or PowerBI5+ years working with C-Level (CRO, CXO, CMO, CPO) on GTM strategies / planning5+ years of prior experience working in the Enterprise SaaS, AI / ML, or Cybersecurity industriesExperience in Enterprise sales business selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+Experience with consumption-based business modelsSkills & Competencies

Hiring Range : $186,900 - $257,000 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
