AI Red Team Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Red Team Engineer - Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on adversarial testing of AI systems, including LLMs and multimodal models

Craft prompts and scenarios to test model guardrails and explore ways to bypass restrictions

Document outcomes and share findings with engineers and safety researchers to enhance system defenses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related fields

Advanced level of English (C1) or above

Knowledge of vulnerabilities and common model vulnerabilities

Experience in AI / ML security, evaluation, and red teaming, particularly with LLMs

Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
