Pay Range : $44 - $48 / hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• PRN | Night Shift
• Exemplary Practice & Outcomes
• Perform the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation — ensuring individualized, safe, and evidence-based care.
• Provide relationship-based, family-centered care that respects diversity and developmental needs.
• Manage and oversee care for complex, high-acuity pediatric patients in critical condition.
• Conduct hourly patient assessments , monitor vital signs, and interpret neurological and hemodynamic data.
• Operate and manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and Oscillator systems.
• Assess and analyze cardiac rhythms (EKG) and arterial line waveforms.
• Titrate vasoactive, sedation, and insulin drips as needed.
• Perform and analyze bedside POCT (iSTAT, ABG / VBG) results.
• Assist with bedside procedures including intubations, LPs, arterial and central line placements, and chest tube insertions.
• Lead or support pediatric code responses using PALS protocols.
• Maintain sterile techniques and conduct dressing changes per policy.

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, high-quality care and documentation.
• Participate in shared governance , performance improvement, and research initiatives.
