Organzation was awarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status in March, 2009. We currently operate five, well-established locations. This replacement position will join the staff of three other physicians and a nurse practitioner at this site. Organization has a total of 18 physicians, two nurse practitioners, and approximately 60 staff over the five sites.
